What are the requirements?
For any reseller program level, you will need to have evaluated
the GFI product(s) you wish to resell. You must have reviewed all
sales documentation and installed the software. You must be able
to provide first line support to your customer. All products require
knowledge of Windows networking. GFI FAXmaker for Exchange, GFI
MailEssentials and MailSecurity for Exchange also require knowledge
of Microsoft Exchange Server. GFI WebMonitor requires knowledge
of Microsoft ISA server.
Does it cost money?
No, the reseller program is free of charge!
How do I get started?
First and foremost you must install and familiarize yourself
with the GFI product(s) that you wish to resell. You can do this
by downloading the evaluation version from our website. After successfully
testing and installing the product, you can apply to become a GFI
reseller using the online application
form.
How will I know that my application has been accepted?
As soon as you are accepted as a GFI reseller, you will receive
a letter, including a CD with all our products, marketing collateral
and more.
Does GFI offer reseller training and certification?
GFI is in the process of creating online reseller training and certification.
Reseller training will consist of 2 parts:

Sales training - This training
will focus on the basic features of each of our products, their
unique selling points and how to present and sell them. It will
be in the form of a running demo, and will be viewable as an
AVI from your PC.

Technical training - This training
is aimed at the technical staff in your organization who need
to support our products. This includes support documentation,
support contact procedures and also a presentation viewable
as an AVI. |
