Brooktrout SR140
The Cantata Technology Brooktrout SR140 is a software-only IP fax platform and provides organizations with the ability to integrate fax servers and fax document management solutions with their VoIP network. SR140 supports both SIP and H.323 and is suitable for a variety of fax server applications including document management, business process automation and compliance with regulations such as Sarbanes-Oxley, HIPAA and Basel II.

A Software Maintenance Agreement for the first year is required and is included in the list price above. This includes free software upgrades (major and dot releases) as well as email and phone support (during office hours). NOTE: After the first year, the minimum Software Maintenance Agreement fee per year is $99 or 20% of the base product price whichever is higher. SMA is not included in the upgrade or add-on pricing below. To add SMA to a license with a paid version upgrade, the cost is 20% of the base product price or $99 whichever is higher. When purchasing add-on options, SMA will be required when the main "existing" license is covered and is priced at 20% of the price of the add-on option. Maintenance is required for the 1st year of purchase and you also have the option of purchasing for 2 or 3 year periods. For version upgrades maintenance is not included and optional. The starting date of a Software Maintenance Agreement is ALWAYS the date of purchase; i.e., if you purchase on 1 May, the Software Maintenance Agreement will run from 1 May until 30 April of the following year. SMA can be renewed at any time before or after expiration so long as a new version has not been released. If a new version is released and the SMA has expired, a version upgrade would have to be purchased before a new SMA can be added. However, if a new version is not released, SMA can be renewed after it expired but the contract will be backdated from the original expiration date. A maximum of one year back-dated maintenance will be charged if renewing more than a year after expiration.
